    The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you as a user of this website about what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use the information, whether the information is disclosed and the ways in which we protect users' privacy. We want you to feel secure when visiting Medicines2U.
    Medicines2U is committed to protecting and upholding the security of any personal information that is provided from you. Your privacy is important to us therefore we strictly follow the requirements of the Data Protection Legislation in the UK.

    We collect certain information from you when you purchase goods from Medicines2U which includes your personal information. Further information will be asked if you purchase pharmacy only medicines, use our Consultation service. This is to ensure that our pharmacist can check that the product is suitable for you. We do not store any card details.

    The information we collect will not be shared with any third parties unless permission is given from you or if we feel it is necessary to contact an outside party due to any concerns our pharmacists have.

    By using Medicines2U, you give us permission to collect and use your information for purposes mentioned above.

    Medicines2U comply with the NHS Code of Practice and pharmacists have a duty and requirement under their professional code of ethics to keep any records or information about you secure, accurate and confidential.
    We store the contract's content and will send you the details of your order via email and a printed copy with your item(s). You can find the terms here at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer login.
    You can revoke at anytime any consents you have given us.

    You have the right to any information about your stored personal data and right to correction,blocking and deletion of that data.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Medicines2U is dedicated to providing quality products that meet your requirements. We appreciate that there may be times when the items may have been delivered incorrectly or that you no longer need the product.

    You can return any over the counter unwanted items within 7 working days of receiving the product as long as they are unused and are returned with the original or similar packaging and are undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

    We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you. If a returned product is used or damaged, then Medicines2U shall not issue a refund to the customer and customer must pay all costs for return shipment of the product back to Medicines2U.

    Please note when returning goods (except when goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by Medicines2U), the customer will carry the cost of returning goods. We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. When a refund is required, please note the refund will be processed by the same method used to purchase the order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    How to return an item

    If you wish to return an item, please email us on [email protected], providing your order number and an advisor will be happy to assist you further. Alternatively, you can contact us via post on the below address.

    Carefully pack the items in original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you.

    *Please note that certain items including food and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly.

    Also, once products are opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken.

    PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

    Ordering from within the UK, all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted.

    Ordering from outside the UK, payment can only be accepted by Credit Card.

    RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavour to manually check prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (currently set by the government at 20%). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

    After placing your order, you can easily check your order information by clicking onto My Account and selecting Previous Orders. Medicines2U always update customers accounts to keep you informed of the status of your order. You will also receive regular email updates to inform you of any changes made on your order.

    In order to update your account information, you can simply click onto My Account which will direct you to your account dashboard. You can easily update your information by clicking onto the relevant options including Edit Details, Health profile, NHS Prescriptions etc. from the members menu.
