Please note that images are for illusion purposes only and you should place orders based on the name of the product. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect images.

If you are ordering any product on Medicines2U for an emergency use or in a situation that may put a patient at harm due to delay in delivery, please do not order from Medicines2U. You should go directly to a high street pharmacy or healthcare professional to obtain immediate advice and buy the required products. We will not accept liability for any adverse events should you choose to proceed making an order.

9. Use of the Website.

The Website Owner does not make any warranty or representation that information on the website is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction (other than Great Britain). By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the Website Owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

10. General.

10.1 Entire Agreement

These website terms and conditions constitute the sole record of the agreement between you and the Website Owner in relation to your use of the website. Neither you nor the Website Owner shall be bound by any express tacit or implied representation, warranty, promise or the like not recorded herein. Unless otherwise specifically stated these website terms and conditions supersede and replace all prior commitments, undertakings or representations, whether written or oral, between you and the Website Owner in respect of your use of the website. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, we reserve the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, and at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and given the choice to proceed with the order. You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Products under these Sales Terms. All orders must then be accepted by us. We may choose not to accept abnormal orders and orders which are not placed in good faith. After having received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Please note that the Order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between Medicines2U and you and will not take place unless and until you have received an email confirmation of your order being dispatched. Please note that Medicines2U reserves the right to cancel your order at any time before you receive your ordered items. By submitting an order you are confirming that you are over 18 years of age and are giving your consent for this service.

10.2 Alteration.

The Website Owner may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to voidness, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as pro non scrip to and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect. Please contact us if you require clarification on any of the terms in this statement.

10.7 Applicable laws.

Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Great Britain in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the website, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

11. Medical Information.

You should be aware that information captured will be viewed by our pharmacy team. You should read all product packaging prior to using it. Please contact your doctor or medical advisor if you are unsure about whether you should use a product. You understand that Medicines2U may share your contact details with the manufacturer of items purchased if they offer extended warranty or product aftercare. You can opt out at any time by contacting us. 

12. Delivery.

Medicines2U will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.  Medicines2U is unable to refund courier delivery charges. Courier delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded. We guarantee the quality of products until they leave our premises however Medicines2U cannot take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transit, photographic evidence must be provided before either a replacement or a refund is considered. We reserve the right to ask you to send the damaged goods back for inspection. We also cannot guarantee the timely delivery of your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company for any reason whatsoever including postal strikes, loss of package or delivery to wrong address by the shipping company.

Once you have placed an order, if we are unable to ship any part of it, we may at our sole discretion, either send you part of the order that is in stock or remove item(s) from the order. If your order consists of specialist luxury items, fragrances or electrical items, these may take slightly longer to dispatch from our warehouse due to the size and weight of the product(s). Medicines2U do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. All deliveries of parcels require a signature on receipt. Once a parcel has been delivered and signed for to the address requested on the order, we cannot be held responsible for what happens thereafter. 

13. Prescriptions.

Medicines2U does not accept NHS or private prescriptions. When selecting a treatment, our UK registered prescriber will provide a prescription to Medicines2U in order to dispense to you. In no case are we able to send the prescription directly to you. We do not accept any returns on prescription items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

14.Pricing & purchasing.

RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (currently set by the government at 20%).

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors.

The sale of products from this website are subject to availability. We endeavor to offer the lowest price possible however there may be cases we are not able to do so depending on the cost price from our suppliers. Our cut off time for Next day delivery on some products is 12.15. Your order for a product is an offer to purchase and Medicines2U retains the discretion to refuse your order. No contract of sale is deemed to have taken place until Medicines2U have dispatched your order. No items shall be posted out until full payments for the purchase have been received, including any necessary legal paperwork that may be requested from the customer by Medicines2U.

15. WEEE

United Kingdom is under an obligation to minimise the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in domestic waste and encourage recycling, recovery and environmentally sound disposal. Medicines2U is committed to promoting the reuse, recycling and recovery of WEEE by contributing to the appropriate compliance schemes. Certain electrical items cannot be disposed of in domestic waste but disposed of through an approved WEEE take back scheme. For details of your local collection facilities, please contact your local authority or visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. As our contribution to helping the environment we offer a free take back scheme. If you wish to purchase an electrical item from us and would like us to dispose of your old item in an environmentally friendly way, please contact us. We can only offer this service when an old product has the same use as the new product being purchased. To use our service, please contact our customer services team.

16. Pet Medication Orders.

For pet medication orders, you confirm you will use all licensed products according to the manufacturers datasheets, you are not buying for resale and you are happy for us to contact you if necessary.

17. Card details.

We will add on an additional 20% charge for all veterinary prescriptions if a human prescription medication is selected, we will take this payment over the phone.

Medicines2U does not store any credit/debit card information and is strictly processed by secured PCI DSS compliant companies through a security certificate so your details are always safe.

18. General Disclaimers

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our Web site. 

We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using or consuming a product. 

For additional information about a product, please contact the manufacturer. Content on this site is for reference purposes and is not intended to substitute for advice given by a medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional. 

Contact your health-care provider immediately if you suspect that you have a medical problem. Information and statements regarding dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the product you are purchasing is suitable for your use as Medicines2U cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects, ingredient and directions changes, or other product issues that you may come to realise on receipt and use of goods.

We strictly do not accept returns on medical, cosmetic, food or other hygiene sensitive products but not limited to.

Returns outside 14 days of delivery are subject to restocking fee. Warranty claims are honored only with a product exchange; we do not provide refunds after 14 days of placing an order unless the item is no longer available. You will have to cover the cost of shipping to us and back to you; we only cover product exchanges under warranty at our cost beyond seven days of delivery.

Medicines2U procures only currently available products from manufacturers. Descriptions and images are for illustration purposes only, you should expect to receive the current batch of products that the manufacturer is producing, returns will not be accepted if you were expecting to receive out-dated or older models of products that are no longer available.

All our terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, however, we may inform any customer that has a current order (in progress) by phone or email if it directly or indirectly affects the order.

19. Consultation

The service is subject to the security and efficiency of the internet service provider and also subject to continuous provision of electricity, telephone connection at either side.

By submitting an order you are confirming that you are a resident of the UK,  and that you are over 18 years of age and you are giving your consent for this service. You are also giving your consent for us to create an electronic patient record for you. There may be times when we may ask for proof of age to enusare safety for all of our service users.

Any communication between you and the Medicines2U team or prescriber, become part of your medical record. Medicines2U or our prescriber(s) will not pass the information about you to anyone else without your consent, but since these consultations are done through correspondence online the confidentiality depends on the reliability of the Internet Service Provider.  We ensure we have extensive security measures on our side to ensure information is encrypted. To preserve your confidentiality, you are responsible for the security of the use of name, password and other statutory requirement while giving information online.  Although it is not essential, it is deemed good practice to inform your usual medical practitioner of any items prescribed, we allow you to make this decision to inform your usual medical practitioner or we are able to do this on your behalf. As part of our service, you will be signed up to 2 consumer review companies; Feefo and Trustpilot. These companies will email you for a review of your experience with Medicines2U. If you do not want them to hold any information about you, contact Medicines2U to put a request in to delete your information. 

You must ensure that the information that is provided is accurate and truthful.  If any problems occur due to you providing incorrect information, Medicines2U and the consulting prescriber(s) will not be held responsible. 

The Consultation includes Private Consultation Fee, Private Prescription Fee and the price of the medication.

Medicines2U are not an emergency service and should you need treatment urgently, we advise to speak to your GP or medical practitioner urgently. There may be a delay in your order or a delay in post and therefore, there is a posibility of your order being received later than expected.

20. Cancellation


There will be a £5 administration charge for cancelling an order that has been processed to a stage where our prescriber has approved the medication.
