If you’re trying to teach your children how to brush their teeth and want to encourage them to brush thoroughly, you can use disclosing tablets to show them where plaque can be hidden on their teeth. This will make brushing fun, while teaching them about how important it is to brush at the same time.

Ceplac Tablets work by dying the plaque on your teeth a bright red, showing you where this usually colourless substance had built up on your teeth. This will help you to see if there are any areas of your teeth that you’ve missed while brushing, and make your dental care routine better than ever.

Usage

Before you brush your teeth, crush one tablet between the teeth. Spread the liquid in your mouth round your teeth and gums with your tongue. You should not swallow the tablet. Rinse out your mouth once or twice with fresh water.

Ceplac stains plaque bright red and shows you where decay can occur.

Brush your teeth (with floss if you wish).

Continue to brush until all the red stains have gone.

At first, you should use a tablet once a day until you are happy that you are removing all the plaque when you clean your teeth. Later, you can use one tablet from time to time to check that you are still brushing properly.

If you accidentally stain your clothes or towels, wash the stain out at once with soap and plenty of water.
