What is Spedra?

Spedra treatment is fairly new on the market and treats impotence in men; it contains an active ingredient Avanafil which enhances the erectile response when a man is sexually stimulated. Spedra is effective and fast working. After taking the pill, countless men have found that it only takes 30-45 minutes for the treatment to take effect. Spedra is absorbed quickly and therefore takes effect soon after taking the pill.**

What dosages are available?

There are 3 different strengths available: 50mg, 100mg & 200mg. It has shown that some men respond better to a lower dosage than a higher dosage. There are cases where medication may be taken that may interact with the Spedra and therefore, an adjustment to the dosage is required. Our Doctor will take into consideration all factors and recommend a different dosage if needed. 

If you are new to Spedra treatment, people usually take the standard dose of 100mg, but if this is not as effective as hoped after a few attempts you may want to try 200mg. If for whatever reason, you are encountering any side effects, you may rather decrease the dose to 50mg.

How to take Spedra?

You should take 1 tablet of Spedra 30 minutes to an hour before having sex. Spedra is a fast acting drug and although may be effective after 15 minutes, you may find that the drug may be more successful if taken 30 minutes to an hour prior to having sex.**

You are able to take Spedra with or without food however. If taken after a large meal there is a possibility the medication will take a longer time to take effect.

Does Spedra have any side effects?

There are cases where you may experience some side effects when taking Spedra. Some of the common side effects are:

• Headache
• Flushing
• Nasal congestiom
• Nausea
• Indigestion
