  • United Kingdom

    £3.99 - Standard Recorded Delivery (3-5 working days)

    £4.99 - Express Tracked Delivery (2-4 working days)

    £6.99 - Next Working Day Delivery (cut-off 3pm Mon-Thu)

    £6.99 - Saturday Delivery (cut-off 3pm Mon-Fri)

    The majority of orders are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature is required on receipt. 

    Special Delivery is also subject to stock availability and if there is any difficulties obtaining the item a delay may be incurred. Medicines2U cannot be held responsible for these items being delivered late.

    Note: Weight restrictions of 1000grams apply, if the package is heavier, we will call you to take a surcharge depending on weight.



    Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail or Evri, a signature will be required upon delivery. If delivery is missed, a card will be posted. You can arrange to have your item redelivered to the same address, a near neighbour or a convenient Post Office® (instructions will be shown on the card or when you track your order). Please note that the depot will hold your order for 18 days, after this period it will be returned back to Medicines2U. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, a delivery charge will be required at this point. If you no longer require the medication, Medicines2U will not be able to process any refunds back to you.

  • Europe, Americas and rest of the world

    We are currently unable to deliver to regions outside of United Kingdom.

Returns Policy

Medicines2U is dedicated to providing quality products that meet your requirements. We appreciate that there may be times when the items may have been delivered incorrectly or there are damages via transit.

We do not accept any returns on any items unless they are delivered incorrectly or damaged. If you no longer require the item, we are unable to accept returns or process any refunds back to you.

You can return any incorrectly sent or damaged items within 14 working days. The period starts the day the goods were received for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and are returned with the original or similar packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please note when returning goods we highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. When a refund is required, please note the refund will be processed by the same method used to purchase the order.

Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Returns policy for telephone consultations

When purchasing telephone consultations, it is a mandatory requirement on the questionnaire that the customer knows a consultation is being purchased without the product. Therefore, all telephone consultations which are purchased at the total price may be returned with a cancellation fee of £5 at the time of the call. Customers will have up until the scheduled telephone appointment time to request a full refund. After this period, a £5 cancellation fee will be chargeable.  

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please email us on [email protected], providing your order number and an advisor will be happy to assist you further.

Alternatively, you can contact us via post on the address below.

  • Carefully pack the items in original packaging, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging from any amount refunded to you.
  • Post the package back to our return address, found below.
